Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with England international and Aston Villa player Jack Grealish for a long time now.
If the latest reports in the media are anything to go by then Mauricio Pochettino is clear to finally sign the versatile playmaker from the Championship club.
Last month, The Mail reported that the Argentine boss is a keen admirer of the youngster and wants him at the club in this summer’s transfer window.

Few days later, The Sun came up with an exclusive report and stated that Liverpool have entered the race to sign Grealish as well.
On 7th July, Mirror Sport reported that Spurs are favorites to secure his signing but the Reds have held talks with Villa as well.
However, Liverpool Echo revealed yesterday that the Merseysiders have no interest in hiring the services of the 22-year-old attacker, leaving Spurs clear to sign him. It is further mentioned that the north Londoners are expected to sign the player for a fee of around 15 million pounds.
As per the provided Mirror Sport link, Spurs are prepared to pay the above mentioned figure for Grealish but Aston Villa are demanding a fee worth 20 million pounds (€23million) for their prized asset.
