England and Belgium will collide to decide who achieves the consolation prize of finishing third in the World Cup 2018.

The two teams faced each other in the group stages and opted to start their B teams in a contest that the Red Devils won 1-0. The goal was scored by former Man United playmaker Januzaj.

Aside from the 1966 World Cup winning tournament, the Three Lions could get their best result by finishing third and therefore, Gareth Southgate should start a strong side vs Belgium.

We can still expect a few changes in the squad that started vs Croatia in the semi final.

Tottenham fullback Kieran Trippier limped off injured in the last four and he should be replaced by Liverpool starlet Alexander-Arnold. On the other hand, Danny Rose could replace Ashley Young in the left wing-back position.

Butland might replace Pickford in the goal. Jones and Cahill could replace Walker and Stones respectively to start with Maguire in the back line for England. Dier could replace Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson to start in the defensive midfield role.

Loftus-Cheek should return to partner Alli in the advanced midfield positions. As far as the attack is concerned, we can expect Jamie Vardy to start with Harry Kane up front.

Here is how England could line up against Belgium.
