Liverpool have been linked with Brazilian international and Benfica star Anderson Talisca mainly because of the reports covered in the Portuguese media.
Two days back, Record made a claim that Liverpool have a clear path to sign the South American midfielder after Besiktas opted against paying €21million to sign him.
Yesterday, the Portuguese source came up with another report and claimed that at the moment, the 24-year midfielder is only waiting for Liverpool to get ahead with a solid proposal to hire his services.

Record have further stated that after Besiktas’s refusal to make Talisca’s loan move permanent, Benfica president Luis Filipe Vieira could look for a fee of more than €21million.
The question is, how much would the Primeira Liga side ask for? As per reports covered this month by Turkish source Foto Spor and Portuguese outlet O JOGO, the South American star is valued at around €40million.
The Samba midfielder featured in 47 games in all competitions for Besiktas (on loan) in the last campaign, scored 20 goals and provided 8 assists as well.
As per the provided Record link, Italian side Roma have also publicly expressed their interest in luring Talisca, therefore, Liverpool should act quickly if they are serious about getting his signing done.
