Liverpool are constantly linked with Brazil international and Roma star Alisson, who is currently in Russia with the national side.

According to reports going on in the media, the Reds are pushing to sign the Samba star but Real Madrid are complicating things for them.

Two days back, Spanish source Mundo Deportivo reported that Klopp is keen on signing the South American shot stopper but the player is interested in moving to the Bernabeu.

More recently, as per Brazilian source Globo Esporte, Liverpool have not made any offer to Roma as yet but they have made their move to agree terms with the 25-year-old goalie by offering him a salary.

The report states that the player is waiting for Real Madrid, who have recently appointed Julen Lopetegui as their new manager to replace Zidane.

Alisson made 37 league appearances last season, conceded 28 goals and kept 17 clean sheets to help Giallorossi book their place in the next season’s Champions League.

The Selecao will kick start their World Cup campaign against Switzerland on Sunday and Brazilian outlet Globo Esporte have mentioned that Alisson has told his agent to let him focus on the tournament and not bring him anything related to the transfer dealings.

As per UOL Esporte, the Serie A club want around €70million (£61million) for their prized asset.
