Bayern Munich have won the Bundesliga title in the past 7 campaigns, however, as far as the Champions League is concerned, the German giants last won the competition back in 2013 but since then, they have not made it past the semi final stage.
The Bavarians already have the best squad in the country and they are ready to further amplify the quality of the team.
According to a recent report covered by ESPN, Bayern made a bid worth €60million to sign Leon Bailey but Leverkusen rejected the offer and are demanding a fee worth €100million for their prized asset.

As per information obtained by Calcio Insider, the price tag of the Jamaican attacker is the major obstacle. A Leverkusen source told us:
“Bayern are aware that Bailey wants to join them but (they) will never pay 100 million euros (to secure his signature). That is why Bayer have set the price”
The 20-year-old playmaker featured in 34 games (all competitions) in the recently concluded campaign, scored 12 goals and also provided 6 assists.
The Munich based club broke their transfer record to sign Tolisso for €41.5million back in June 2017 (The Guardian) and therefore, a fee worth €60million seems fair for Bailey.
€100million could get Bayern a superstar like Antoine Griezmann, who is way better than Bailey. The Atletico Madrid playmaker has got a release clause of €100million in his contract (Don Balon).
