Arsenal are linked with more than a few central defenders this summer and now the name of Chelsea star David Luiz is in the lime light as well.
According to an exclusive report covered by Le10Sport, Arsenal have made a move worth €20million to sign the Brazilian international from the Blues.
However, the French source have stated that the Stamford Bridge club are not interested in Arsenal’s offer and it is possible that the north Londoners could move in with an improved bid.

The 31-year-old former Paris Saint-Germain center back was brilliant for Chelsea in their title winning 2016-17 season under Italian boss Antonio Conte.
However, the Samba star could only make 10 Premier League appearances in the last campaign and failed to earn a place in Brazil’s World Cup squad. Overall, he played 17 games for the Blues in all competitions and scored 2 goals.
Luiz’s current deal with Chelsea is due to expire in 2019 and at the moment, he nets around €138,000-a-week (The Daily Star).
In your opinion, is Luiz good enough to improve Arsenal’s back line?
