Are you sick of your cable T.V. contract? Maybe your cable company has turned to shit? Perhaps your sick of the channel line up you’re locked into, or you only use 10 percent of the channels you subscribe to?
Whatever is the case you may want to look into cutting the cord. Meaning cancel cable and find a streaming service that better fits your needs. Many people cancel cable and look for a streaming service because it offers them more control and it costs less. You can pick and choose channels and customize your viewing experience to fit you perfectly.
Sling offers T.V. packages at 15 and 25 dollars a month. They even have a cord cutter package at about $150 that provides you with an HD indoor antenna and an Air TV when you prepay for three months. They offer most major American networks and sports. This is a great service and won’t cost you too much.
PlayStation Vue is another great way to ditch cable, and don’t worry you don’t need to have a PlayStation to do it. They offer Access, Core, Elite, and Ultra plans running from about $45 to $80. The prices can be up there compared to other services but with these plans, you’ll have everything covered. If you like football they have NFL Red Zone for only 10 bucks as a sports pack add on. There are many devices you can watch this on as well.
Hulu is a great service, especially for the price. You’ll only pay about $8 per month. However, this is best for fans of Network Television and live T.V., although they do offer original programming too. Plus, if you’re a hockey fan you get NBC Sports Network.
