Terms and fee agreed – Liverpool secure another signing

Liverpool have already secured signings of Naby Keita and Fabinho, who will officially seal their moves on July 1.

Now, the Reds have agreed the fee and terms of contract with another player, who will officially join the Merseysiders on July 1.

According to The Telegraph, Liverpool paid a compensation fee of £200,000 to Manchester City to secure the signing of teenage center forward Bobby Duncan.

The 17-year-old striker is the cousin of Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard, who is the current head coach of Scottish club Rangers FC.

As far as the terms are concerned, The Mail and Liverpool Echo have mentioned that the starlet has agreed a three year contract with the Anfield club.

As per The Mail, the likes of Spurs, Juve and Monaco tried to sign him as well but the player is moving to Liverpool and he will start to train when the Reds regroup for pre-season on July 2.

So far, Duncan has played 15 times for the U-17 England team and scored 5 goals.

Securing the talented youngster is a good move made by Liverpool but they do lack quality depth in their first team strike-force, therefore, Jurgen Klopp should act to sign a proven center forward this summer.
