The former Chelsea boss has already signed a top class midfielder for United this summer by luring Brazilian star Fred from Ukrainian side Shakhtar Donetsk.

Milinkovic-Savic is one of the most sought out midfielders in the world and last season, he scored 12 goals and provided 4 assists in 35 league games for Lazio.

Unfortunately, on the final day of the season, Lazio lost to Inter Milan and failed to qualify for the next season’s Champions League.

The former Genk player made his senior international debut last year and so far, he has made 7 appearances for Serbia. In the World Cup, the Serbians could not reach the last 16 and Milinkovic-Savic featured in all the group games but failed to score or create any goal.
