Manchester United have already improved their goal keeping, midfield and the defensive departments this summer.
Not to forget, they splashed the cash to improve their attack in the winter transfer window by signing Alexis Sanchez from Arsenal.
Now, reports suggest that the Red Devils are looking to further strengthen their offense and Croatian international Ante Rebic is in the focus.
Few days back 24sata reported that more than a few teams want to sign Rebic after his brilliant performances at the World Cup and Man United are one of them. The Croatian source mentioned that the player is worth €30million.
Branislav Škeva Mićo is one of the key figures, who helped Rebic early on in his career and he stated (24sata):
“It was said before: Ante Rebic is Messi from Vinjana Donjih. Now, Messi is Rebić from Rosaria”
More recently, renowned German source Sport Bild have reported that the the Old Trafford club, Arsenal and Napoli have entered the race to sign the Frankfurt winger, who should cost about €50million.
The 24-year-old star featured in 28 games in all competitions for the Bundesliga club last season, scored 9 goals and provided 3 assists.
So far, in 5 appearances for the national side at the World Cup, he has netted 1 goal (vs Argentina). Last night, Croatia defeated England to book their place in the final of the competition and will collide against France on Sunday.
