Liverpool ready to offer €80million to sign former Dortmund star

Liverpool must hold on to Mohamed Salah in the summer transfer window but if the Egyptian international does end up leaving the club then Klopp must sign a top quality replacement.

As per recent reports going on in the media, French international and Barcelona star Ousmane Dembele is linked with the Anfield club.

According to Don Balon, the Merseysiders are looking to sign Dembele if Salah departs this summer. The Spanish source have stated that Liverpool are ready to offer a mammoth sum worth €80million to sign the Les Bleus attacker.

The Spanish giants paid a lot of cash to sign the 21-year-old playmaker last year. Unfortunately, he was mostly absent in the first half of the campaign after suffering a thigh injury in September.

Overall, the youngster has so far featured in 23 games for Barca, scored 4 goals and provided 9 assists.

Don Balon have claimed that Bayern Munich want to replace Robben and for that, even they are prepared to pay €80million to sign Dembele.

It is further mentioned that the former Borussia Dortmund star knows that his future at Nou Camp will be complicated if Griezmann joins this summer and therefore, he is attracted by the opportunity to play for clubs like Liverpool and Bayern.
