Liverpool have asked about signing £245,000-a-week star

The Spanish source have mentioned that British clubs like Liverpool and Arsenal have asked about the veteran star, who has won three Champions League titles with the Spanish giants.

This season, Modric has so far featured in 36 games for the reigning European Champions, scored 2 goals and provided 6 assists. He is one of the most complete midfielders in the world and will surely improve Liverpool.

Modric’s current deal with the La Liga club will expire in 2020 and at the moment, he earns around £245,000-a-week (The Daily Star). On the other hand,  Emre Can will be out of contract in the summer.
