Liverpool have been looking to replace Coutinho ever since the Brazilian left Anfield in the winter transfer window to join Barcelona.
The Reds have been linked with Lyon star Nabil Fekir for a long time and the transfer saga has taken more than a few twists ever after Lyon officially ended discussions with the Merseysiders.
Get French Football News conducted an exclusive and comprehensive interview with RMC Sport’s Loic Tanzi, who revealed that Liverpool will “come back” for the Les Bleus attacker after the World Cup.
The French reporter claimed that the Merseysiders have the money and they are well aware of the fact that the player wants to join them.

As per the latest update in Britain, the 24-year-old star is pushing to secure Liverpool move. According to Mirror Sport, Fekir has reached an agreement with Lyon to re-open talks with the Reds.
The UK outlet have reported that the original agreement was worth 60 million euros and the figure might remain the same but the PL club would look for restructured terms.
However, last month, Ligue 1 club’s president told Bein Sport (Liverpool Echo) that he is now looking to get €70million from the sale of his prized asset. So it will be intriguing to see what happens next.
Fekir directly contributed in 31 goals in all competitions for Lyon last season and deservedly earned his place in France’s World Cup squad. However, he has mainly been a bench warmer in the competition under the management of Deschamps.
