After luring the likes of Lichtsteiner and Leno from Juventus and Leverkusen respectively, Arsenal have secured their third signing of the summer by hiring the services of Greek international Sokratis Papastathopoulos from Borussia Dortmund.
The Gunners confirmed on their official website that they have agreed an undisclosed fee with the German club and handed the player a long term contract.
The north Londoners further mentioned that the deal is subject to completion of regulatory processes.

If reports in the media are anything to go by then Arsenal have agreed deals worth €35million to secure the signing of the former Werder Bremen center half.
According to The Daily Star and The Express, the Premier League club have agreed a fee of around 18 million pounds (€20million) with the Bundesliga side.
As far as the contract is concerned, last month, Bild reported that the veteran defender has agreed a three year deal with the Gunners which is worth €15million.
In the last campaign, the 30-year-old defender featured in 30 league games for BvB and scored 2 goals. At the moment, Koscielny is out with a long term injury and therefore, we can expect Papastathopoulos to partner Mustafi in the central defense under Emery when the PL kicks off next month.
