England will collide against Colombia in today’s second Round of 16 contest in the World Cup. Who will book their place in the last eight of the competition?

The Three Lions opted to rest more than a few star players in their last group game vs Belgium and eventually lost 1-0. The key stars will surely return to start vs the South Americans.

Star striker and captain Harry Kane should lead the line and start with Man City star Raheem Sterling in the attack up front.

Liverpool midfielder Jordan Henderson should return to start as the main defensive midfielder. On the flanks, the likes of Trippier and Young will probably start in the wing-back positions.

In the advanced midfield roles, we can expect Jesse Lingard and Tottenham star Dele Alli to start.

As far as the defense is concerned, Walker and Maguire should replace Jones and Cahill respectively to start in front of Everton goalie Jordan Pickford.

Prediction: Colombia 12 England

Here is England’s strongest possible 3-5-2 XI vs Colombia.
